B. Lot will be sold without warranties, "as is". Descriptions and informations (weight, dimensions, materials, conditions report,…) are for informational purposes. (BEFORE THE SALE PLEASE ASK A CONFIRMATION FOR THE INFORMATION THAT YOU SEEM ESSENTIAL)
C. The decisions of the auctioneer are final (the information given is approximate). 
D. Winning auctions will be confirmed to buyers. They will be asked for their choice of shipping and payment. The payment must be done without delay. According to Articles L. 222-4, L. 222-9 and L. 222-10 of the Consumer Code, the buyer / consumer has a right of withdrawal. Goldfield considers, on the one hand, that if the invoice for the lot (s) acquired is not paid within 20 days from the date of the sale, the buyer / consumer is deemed to have made use of of his right of withdrawal, on the other hand, the buyer / consumer has a period of 14 days after receipt of the lot (s) acquired to exercise his right of withdrawal. After shipment or removal of the lot (s), the condition for being entitled to this right of withdrawal is the request, prior to the sale, for confirmation of the informative / descriptive elements that appear essential. The lots are supposed to be collected at our offices in Weiswampach, the delivery of the lot (s) being an optional service, when exercising the right of withdrawal, the delivery costs, as an optional service, will not be not reimbursed. The purchaser will also be responsible for the cost of reshipment and the lot (s) must be received by Goldfield in good condition or at the very least in the condition in which it (s) were received. (have) been shipped by Goldfield.
E. For live auctions, via the goldfield.auction website or via a direct buy order. For a hammer price below 250.000 EUROS, the buyer will pay in addition to the hammer price 26% of costs (all taxes included). For an hammer price between 250.000 EUROS and 2.500.000 EUROS, the buyer will pay 26% up to 250.000 EUROS and 20% on the balance. For a hammer price above 2.500.000 EUROS, the buyer will pay 26% up to 250.000 EUROS, 20% on the slice above 250.000 EUROS and below 2.500.000 EUROS and 13% on the amount above 2.500.000 EUROS.
E.1. A supplement of 4% will be charged if the bids come  from platforms partner : LOTISSIMO, DROUOT, SALESROOM, 51BIDLIVE, INVALUABLE and LIVE AUCTIONEERS or for a phone order.
F. Additional costs related to the method of payment are defined in the general conditions of sale. Reminder: International transfer: 1% TVAC; Paypal 5%  credit cards: 3.5% TVAC; cash: 0%; Bancontact: 1% VAT 
G. REMOVAL / SHIPPING: The lots must be collected at our office in WEISWAMPACH. GOLDFIELD will not be responsible for the shipping of the lots and the shipping is done under the responsibility of the purchaser.

G.2. Beyond 30Kg, the package cannot be shipped. (some lots can be shipped on estimate)

G.3. The lots are supposed to be collected from our office (WEISWAMPACH). Sending parcels is a service offered by GOLDFIELD, this sending is done under the sole responsibility of the buyer. In case of loss, breakage or parcel blocked at the customs, in no case, the responsibility of GOLDFIELD can be engaged, the buyer can therefore never demand a refund. GOLDFIELD will however make every effort to limit the risks being a guarantee of means and not of result.
H. ORDER OF PURCHASE: The auctioneer and the experts will take charge of executing the purchase orders for the amateurs who can not be present at the sale. The orders can be done by letter, Internet or telephone, 2h (maximum) before the beginning of each sale.
I. PAYMENT: cash, certified check, bank transfer, credit cards, in EUROS.

From € 1 to € 25: by € 1 
From 25 € to 50 €: by 5 €  
From 50 € to 100 €: by 10 € 
From 100 € to 300 €: by 20 €  
From 300 € to 1000 €: by 50 € 
From 1000 € to 5000 €: by 100 € 
From 5000 € to 10 000 €: by 200 € 
From € 10,000 to € 50,000: by € 500 €
From € 50,000 to € 100,000: by 1000 €

K. CONTINUATION (RESALE) RIGHT (the percentage will be added to the cost of the sale of 26%-20%-13% see point E) - extract from the grand-ducal regulation of 25 August 2006 relating to the resale right.
Art. 3. The minimum sale price from which the resale right is collected is 3,000 euros, excluding tax.
The resale right is set as follows:
- 4% for the first tranche of 50,000 euros of the sale price, excluding tax;
- 3% for the portion of the sale price, excluding tax, between 50,000.01 and 200,000 euros;
- 1% for the portion of the sale price, excluding tax, between 200,000.01 and 350,000 euros;
- 0.5% for the portion of the sale price, excluding tax, between 350,000.01 and 500,000 euros;
- 0.25% for the portion of the sale price, excluding tax, exceeding 500,000 euros.
However, the total amount of the resale right cannot exceed 12,500 euros.
