Auctions may be accessible to the public according to the terms defined in the special conditions of the current sale.

You can see the objects presented in our sales in advance on our website and during the preliminary exhibitions: the adapted hours will be published at the same time as the date of the sale, the conditions of the sale as well as the catalog.

These exhibitions are an opportunity to see the objects directly and allow you to meet our team, who are at your disposal.

You have the possibility of bidding live on the Internet on the partner auction sites specified in the special conditions of the current sale.

It is possible to register until the day before the sale, to then follow and bid live on our website.

Purchase order forms allow you to delegate us the care of carrying the auctions on your behalf up to a determined amount or to ask us to call you by phone during the auction to transmit your auctions directly to the auctioneer.

The purchase order includes the date of the sale, the lot number, its description and the maximum amount of your bids.

The purchase order form is available in the room and on our website. You can also send us your purchase order request by email:

A phone order is a service provided by GoldField on request. GoldField cannot be held responsible for any errors, failure due to technical issues, or failure to answer during the call attempt. You must therefore ensure that you can be reached by phone during the sale.

At the bidder's request, after adjudication, GoldField may ship the awarded lots. On each item, shipping costs are estimated. The costs are the responsibility of the bidder and must be paid (like the auction price) before shipment.

This is an optional service.

  • No lot can be withdrawn before full payment of the sums due.
  • It is possible to withdraw a lot at the end of the sale, subject to feasibility and compliance with our opening hours.
  • The auctioned lots that have not been withdrawn by the buyers during the sale, will be kept in a safe place.
  • The lots awarded must be withdrawn within 10 days of the auction.

GoldField does not take into account any storage costs up to 15 days after the date of the sale, then storage costs will be invoiced at the rate of €10 TTC per day for furniture and €5 TTC per day for objects. These costs must be paid before collection of the lots and on presentation of the receipted slip.
