SPECIAL CONDITIONS OF SALE 
The auction is an online sale. The auctions are therefore held through our website.
Prospective buyers must be registered in order to bid.
It is advisable to bookmark the lots that interest the user.
On the date and time of the auction opening, it will be possible to bid on an item directly from the catalog or on all of the items placed in favorites. It will be possible to make a direct bid or an automatic bid (this is the system which will bid on behalf of the user up to the maximum amount and this only if there are auctions of other users) on each lot.
The Auction Closing starts at 9:00 (Brussels time) for lot 1 and the closing continues every 20 seconds for each lot. The closing of the sale will therefore last more or less 2 hours. Furthermore, the auction end time for each lot is indicative since at the end of the auction deadline for a brand new lot auction prolongs the auction end for the lot by 20 seconds.
The sale will start on 11/13/2020 11:00 and will end approximately on 11/29/2020 around 9:00 (Brussels time)
The sale will take place on the website www.goldfield.auction under the constant supervision of the management team.
The 960 lots are on display on Friday 20/11, Saturday 21/11, Sunday 22/11 and Friday 27/11 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. by respecting the rules of social distancing.

B. Lot will be sold without warranties, "as is" and without claim. Descriptions and information are for informational purposes. (PLEASE CHECK BEFORE THE SALE THE INFORMATION THAT YOU SEEM ESSENTIAL)

C. The decisions of the auctioneer are final (the information given is approximate). 
D. Winning auctions will be confirmed to buyers. They will be asked for their choice of shipping and payment. The payment must be done without delay. 
The buyer / consumer has a right of withdrawal. Goldfield considers, on the one hand, that if the invoice for the lot (s) acquired is not paid within 20 days from the date of the sale, the buyer / consumer is deemed to have made use of of his right of withdrawal, on the other hand, the buyer / consumer has a period of 14 days after receipt of the lot (s) acquired to exercise his right of withdrawal.
E. The buyer will pay in addition to the auction a 30% fee (all taxes included -
including the online-sales platform fees). 
F. Additional costs related to the method of payment are defined in the general conditions of sale. Reminder: International transfer: 1% TVAC; Paypal / credit cards: 3.5% TVAC; cash: 0%; Bancontact: 1% VAT 
G. REMOVAL / SHIPPING: The lots must be collected at our office in Steinfort. GOLDFIELD will not be responsible for the shipping of the lots and the shipping is done under the responsibility of the purchaser.

G.2. Beyond 30Kg, the package cannot be shipped.
G.3. The lots are supposed to be collected from our office (STEINFORT). Sending parcels is a service offered by GOLDFIELD, this sending is done under the sole responsibility of the buyer. In case of loss, breakage or parcel blocked at the customs, in no case, the responsibility of GOLDFIELD can be engaged, the buyer can therefore never demand a refund. GOLDFIELD will however make every effort to limit the risks being a guarantee of means and not of result.
H. ORDER OF PURCHASE: The auctioneer and the experts will take charge of executing the purchase orders for the amateurs who can not be present at the sale. The orders can be done by letter, Internet or telephone, 2h (maximum) before the beginning of each sale.
I. PAYMENT: cash, certified check, bank transfer, credit cards, in EUROS.

From 25 € to 50 €: by 5 €

From 5000 € to 10 000 €: by 200 € 
From € 10,000 to € 50,000: by € 500 €
From € 50,000 to € 100,000: by 1000 €

K. CONTINUATION (RESALE) RIGHT (the percentage will be added to the cost of the sale of 26%) - extract from the grand-ducal regulation of 25 August 2006 relating to the resale right.
Art. 3. The minimum sale price from which the resale right is collected is 3,000 euros, excluding tax.
The resale right is set as follows:
- 4% for the first tranche of 50,000 euros of the sale price, excluding tax;
- 3% for the portion of the sale price, excluding tax, between 50,000.01 and 200,000 euros;
- 1% for the portion of the sale price, excluding tax, between 200,000.01 and 350,000 euros;
- 0.5% for the portion of the sale price, excluding tax, between 350,000.01 and 500,000 euros;
- 0.25% for the portion of the sale price, excluding tax, exceeding 500,000 euros.
However, the total amount of the resale right cannot exceed 12,500 euros.
