Lot 6 - Nakajima YASUMI (1905-1986) "Chicken" bronze vase from Japan. This artist was the son of the artist Yasumi I, and trained at the National School of Applied Art in Sendai. In 1952, he was awarded the Hokuto-shō medal at the Japanese traditional arts fair (Nitten) and in 1969 an honorary medal awarded by Ōsaka prefecture.
