More than 170 lots of African tribal art objects from a Belgian private collection will be auctioned.

This is an ONLINE sale (without audience) - it is an original sale format. From Wednesday 18/01 11000, it will be possible to bid online directly on www.goldfield.auction. The closing of the sale is LIVE, sunday 19/02 from 10:00. from lot 1 to lot 171.

It will be possible to bid online on GOLDFIELD AUCTION (with video feedback) but also on DROUOT DIGITAL, and LIVE AUCTIONEERS

SPECIAL CONDITIONS SALE of February 19, 2023

G.2. Beyond 30Kg, the package cannot be shipped (except exceptions at Goldfield's discretion and on quotation). Even below 30kg, some lots are considered undeliverable by Goldfield (size, packing difficulty, weight, ...), Goldfield reserves the right to proposes the deliver and package services.

G.3. The lots are supposed to be collected from our office (WEISWAMPACH). Sending parcels is a service offered by GOLDFIELD, this sending is done under the sole responsibility of the buyer. In case of loss, breakage or parcel blocked at the customs, in no case, the responsibility of GOLDFIELD can be engaged, the buyer can therefore never demand a refund. GOLDFIELD will however make every effort to limit the risks being a guarantee of means and not of result.

G.4. Paid lots are supposed to be withdrawn within 15 days. If this period is exceeded, a sum of 1 EURO per day and per object will be due by the buyer until the collection of the lots.

H. ORDER OF PURCHASE: The auctioneer and the experts will take charge of executing the purchase orders for the amateurs who can not be present at the sale. The orders can be done by letter, Internet or telephone, 2h (maximum) before the beginning of each sale.
I. PAYMENT: cash, certified check, bank transfer, credit cards, in EUROS.
J. the auction steps are as follows: -
From € 1 to € 25: by € 1
From 25 € to 50 €: by 5 €
From 50 € to 100 €: by 10 €
From 100 € to 300 €: by 20 €
From 300 € to 1000 €: by 50 €
From 1000 € to 5000 €: by 100 €
From 5000 € to 10 000 €: by 200 €
From € 10,000 to € 50,000: by € 500 €
From € 50,000 to € 100,000: by 1000 €
From 100 000 € to 500 000 €: by 5000 €
K. CONTINUATION (RESALE) RIGHT (the percentage will be added to the cost of the sale of 26%-20%-13% see point E) - extract from the grand-ducal regulation of 25 August 2006 relating to the resale right.
Art. 3. The minimum sale price from which the resale right is collected is 3,000 euros, excluding tax.
The resale right is set as follows:
- 4% for the first tranche of 50,000 euros of the sale price, excluding tax;
- 3% for the portion of the sale price, excluding tax, between 50,000.01 and 200,000 euros;
- 1% for the portion of the sale price, excluding tax, between 200,000.01 and 350,000 euros;
- 0.5% for the portion of the sale price, excluding tax, between 350,000.01 and 500,000 euros;
- 0.25% for the portion of the sale price, excluding tax, exceeding 500,000 euros.
However, the total amount of the resale right cannot exceed 12,500 euros.
