SPECIAL CONDITIONS OF SALE 
The auction is an online sale. The auctions are therefore held through our website.
Prospective buyers must be registered in order to bid.
It is advisable to bookmark the lots that interest the user.
On the date and time of the auction opening, it will be possible to bid on an item directly from the catalog or on all of the items placed in favorites. It will be possible to make a direct bid or an automatic bid (this is the system which will bid on behalf of the user up to the maximum amount and this only if there are auctions of other users) on each lot.
The Auction Closing starts at 18:00 (Brussels time) for lot 1 and the closing continues every 20 seconds for each lot. The closing of the sale will therefore last more or less 2 hours. Furthermore, the auction end time for each lot is indicative since at the end of the auction deadline for a brand new lot auction prolongs the auction end for the lot by 2 minutes.
The sale will start on 05/29/2020 14:00 and will end approximately on 06/07/2020 around 18:00 (Brussels time)
The sale will take place on the website www.goldfield.auction under the constant supervision of the management team.
The lots are displayed throughout the duration of the sale. Access to the exhibition is only possible by appointment and respecting the rules of social distancing.

B. Lot will be sold without warranties, "as is" and without claim. Descriptions and information are for informational purposes. 
C. The decisions of the auctioneer are final (the information given is approximate). 
D. Winning auctions will be confirmed to buyers. They will be asked for their choice of shipping and payment. The payment must be done without delay. Buyer can retract.
E. The buyer will pay in addition to the auction a 26% fee (all taxes included). 
F. Additional costs related to the method of payment are defined in the general conditions of sale. Reminder: International transfer: 1% TVAC; Paypal / credit cards: 3.5% TVAC; cash: 0%; Bancontact: 1% VAT 
G. REMOVAL / SHIPPING: The lots must be collected at our office in Steinfort. GOLDFIELD will not be responsible for the shipping of the lots and the shipping is done under the responsibility of the purchaser.

G.2. Beyond 30Kg, the package cannot be shipped.
G.3. The lots are supposed to be collected from our office (STEINFORT). Sending parcels is a service offered by GOLDFIELD, this sending is done under the sole responsibility of the buyer. In case of loss, breakage or parcel blocked at the customs, in no case, the responsibility of GOLDFIELD can be engaged, the buyer can therefore never demand a refund. GOLDFIELD will however make every effort to limit the risks being a guarantee of means and not of result.

H. PURCHASE ORDER / TELEPHONE ORDER: in the case of an online sale GOLDFIELD will not accept a purchase order. If a buyer is interested in a lot, it is useful to place a bid or an automatic maximum bid.
